I learned something new today!\u00a0 Capsicum is a fancy word for Bell\u00a0Peppers!\u00a0 Wish I knew that before I headed to the grocery store for\u00a0ingredients \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Tonight, while the baby grumbled next to me in his high chair, I made\u00a0Grandma’s bean salad.\u00a0 Don’t think I’ve ever had bean salad with\u00a0French dressing, but I’m excited to let it “marinate” awhile and try\u00a0it out! At first taste it has a more mild flavor than the strong Vinegar flavors of most bean salads. It’s quite nice!<\/p>\n
