Grandma had two recipes for Banana Bread. \u00a0This one included nuts; and this one uses Bran<\/a>. \u00a0This banana bread recipe is a bit more moist, but both were very good. \u00a0So if you do not like bran, this one is for you. \u00a0Of course, as always, nuts are optional, \u00a0but Grandma uses them a lot!<\/p>\n

This summer\u00a0I made Banana icecream, and scored a great deal on ton of bananas.\u00a0 Yesterday I was trying to make room for fall produce & freezing and found a container of chopped banana that I forgot to use. \u00a0Banana bread was just meant to be \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Banana Nut Bread<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • 1\/2 cup butter<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup sugar<\/li>\n
  • 2 eggs<\/li>\n
  • 4 very ripe bananas (1 1\/2 cups)<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 cup chopped walnuts<\/li>\n
  • 2 cups flour<\/li>\n
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda<\/li>\n
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    1. Mix wet ingredients together.\u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Then add dry ingredients; finally mix in walnuts.<\/li>\n
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
