Rhubarb Crumble<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • 4 cups diced rhubarb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Crumble mixture:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • 1 cup all-purpose Flour<\/li>\n
    • 3\/4 cup regular rolled oats (not instant)<\/li>\n
    • 1 cup packed brown sugar<\/li>\n
    • 1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (more if desired)<\/li>\n
    • 1\/2 cup melted butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Sauce:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • 1 cup Sugar<\/li>\n
      • 1 tablespoon cornstarch<\/li>\n
      • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        1. Mix the crumble mixture together and firmly press 1\/2 of the mixture into a buttered 9″ pan.<\/li>\n
        2. Spread rhubarb over top.<\/li>\n
        3. Mix sauce ingredients with 1 cup of water in a saucepan.<\/li>\n
        4. Cook sauce on medium until thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb.<\/li>\n
        5. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.<\/li>\n
        6. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          TIP: When using this recipe for other fruits, lessen or eliminate the Sauce.<\/h6>\n<\/div>\n
